Message from Our Pastor

Welcome to the Living Rock Fellowship, a place where faith meets life, hope finds a voice, and love becomes action. As the pastor of this vibrant community, I am delighted to share with you the essence of who we are.

At Living Rock Fellowship, we are more than just a congregation; we are a family united by a common belief in the transformative power of God’s love. Our journey is one of spiritual growth, mutual support, and unwavering commitment to spreading the Good News.

We believe that every person is a unique creation of God, deserving of love, respect, and the opportunity to grow in their faith. Our church is a sanctuary for all who seek peace, purpose, and a deeper connection with God. We strive to be a beacon of hope in our community, reaching out to those in need with compassion and kindness.

Our services and programs are designed to nourish the soul, challenge the mind, and uplift the spirit. Through worship, prayer, and the study of God’s Word, we seek to understand His will and apply His teachings in our daily lives. We celebrate diversity and encourage each individual to use their God-given talents in service to others.

Statement of Faith

What we Believe

  • We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and the New Testament, in their original writing, as fully inspired of God and accept them as the Supreme and final authority for our faith and life.
  • We believe in one God, eternally exists as the Trinity, Father as our Father , the Son as our Saviour and the Holy Spirit, as our Advocate
  • We believe in the deity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, His sinless life, in His miracles, that Our Redeemer paid the full price for our ransom (Mt20:28) He became the complete sacrifice for the sins of the whole world (1Jn 2:2) He made full atonement for all our sins by His death on the Cross (Ro5:6-21, Eph 1:7) and in His resurrection and ascension into heaven and His glorious return in power and glory
  • We believe that God created man in His own image; with intelligence, conscience and will. Man became corrupt and fell and his moral, mental and spiritual characteristics have been perverted and twisted by the fall and thereby incurred the penalty of sin which is Physical and Spiritual death.
  • With regard to sexual behavior, we believe in heterosexual relationships between a natural man and a natural woman within the confines of Lawful Matrimony.
  • We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that receiving Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour is the only way for salvation of the lost and sinful man. Because there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we can be saved. It’s only through the name of Jesus Christ.
  • We believe that all that repent of their sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Sprit and thereby become children of God.
  • We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, empowering and equipping believers for service, with the accompanying super-natural gifts of the Holy Spirit and in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the divinely ordained ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher.
  • With regard to submission to authority, we believe in the principle of being in authority because You are under authority. As such, it is understood that membership shall be subjected to submission to authority in matters pertaining to Church Government, Doctrine and Personal behavior.
  • We believe in the resurrection of both the just and the unjust, the eternal blessedness of the Redeemer, and the eternal banishment of those who have rejected the offer of Salvation.
  • We believe that the one true Church is the whole company of those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and regenerated by the Holy Spirit, that the local Church on earth should take it’s character from this concept of the Church spiritually and therefore, that the New Birth, Personal Confession of Christ and Repentance are essentials of the Church membership.
  • We believe in Water Baptism by total immersion, in sanctification by the Blood of Christ, in personal holiness of heart and life, and in separation from the love of the world.
  • We believe in the Lords Supper. (The Lord’s Supper is the partaking of the emblems, symbolic of the Saviour’s broken Body and shed Blood, in the remembrance of His Sacrificial death, until He comes.)
  • We believe in Divine Healing. And has been provided for in the Old and New Testament and is an internal part of the Gospel.
  • We believe that the Bible teaches that without Holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in the Doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of Grace, commencing at the time of the New Birth and the continuing until consummation of Salvation.
